Can I provide BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPG picture for fabrication?
No, as these formats can’t translate to PCB Fabrication file.

What copper thickness option can I have?
We can offer 0.5 oz, 1.0 oz, 1.5 oz, 2.0 oz, 2.5 oz, 3.0 oz, and Heavy Copper PCB on optional at 3.5 oz, 4.0 oz, 4.5 oz, and 5.0 oz.

What kind of file format can you accept?
We can process Gerber RS-274X and ODB++ files.

Can you fabricate on High Frequency PCB Materials, such as Rogers?
Of course, but such materials do require some addition cost, compared with standard FR-4 type material. Please contact us for more information.

What are the Factors Affecting PCB Cost?
Here are the key factors as below but not limited:
1，PCB quantity and PCB Size.
2，Layers
3，Effective Utilization, normal usable up to 75%. If possible to modify panel file, usable up to 85%, this would be reduce your price.
4，Drilling；Drilling cost depends on drilling time, drilling time was effected by numbers of drilling holes, holes size and so on.
5，PCB material
6，Trace Width, Trace Spacing and Impedance Control; High precision process requirements affect production efficiency

Are my PCB Design Files safe after submitting to you for fabrication?
We respect customer's copyright always and do never disclose these files and fabricate to any other 3rd parties unless we receive you written permission. We can sign NDA upon request.

Do you handle Prototype PCBs or Small Volume PCB orders?
Of course, we will support our client without quantity limited.
